I love traditions and I love the tradition I started when my godson was just a tiny little thing. Now he’s going on 12 and we are still continuing that same tradition summer after summer with the addition of his little brother. I always knew Shayne would be the best big brother, but it just shined full force on this day. The way he would take care of Brantley and protect him while in the water or walking around was just the sweetest thing to witness. These will always be some of my absolute favorite photos, and I’ll still tell you that year after year.
