How sweet is this little nugget? I never thought I would go back. That is, back to my childhood home where I grew up. But one day I got a message asking if I would be available to do newborn portraits for them and they hoped it wouldn’t be awkward. I immediately said it wouldn’t, and we set it up. The closer to the date of the session the more nervous I became. I was worried my “home” wouldn’t be how I remembered it to be or that it was just going to be completely different. But you know what? I am SO glad I went back! This family is so full of love, and they brought me so much joy to see them enjoying their new home and creating their own memories there. I already know their new home is as special to them as my home was to me. I loved having the opportunity to capture these precious moments for them of their newest little bundle.
