Occoquan Regional Park, Lorton, Virginia, Engagement Photography | Nikki & Greg

Earlier this month I traveled down to Occoquan Regional Park in Lorton, Virginia to meet up with this sweet couple for their engagement portraits. We were blessed with a beautiful evening, and it was so peaceful being out on the water. They wanted to do their engagement portraits where they were engaged, but just a little different. Greg popped the question on the top of the bridge overlooking the waterfall. They asked if it was ok if we took their boat out and did their photos on the water by the waterfall, and it was a definite yes from me! Ive said in the past, I just LOVE when couples want to incorporate something they love, or something extra special to them into their sessions so this was definitely a fun one! It will also be a complete contrast to their winter wedding that’s coming up in just a few short months!
